Livingston Obama Office Open House a success

Last night the Livingston Office of Montana for Obama opened with a great evening of good food (and plenty of it!), live music from Sean Divine, inspiring words from Montana for Obama staffers as well as volunteer Gary Fish, and a room full of very happy people.
Folks signed up to volunteer, picked up tickets to the Monday night rally with Barack Obama in Bozeman, and enjoyed good conversation as well as Sean’s music. This is the happiest and most optimistic election year gathering I have seen in sixteen years, and it is rewarding to see how generous Livingston has been in its support of Senator Obama’s campaign. That campaign has done us all good, bringing more and more involvement to heal our ravaged democracy, and bringing community members closer together.

[The Quicktime video linked to from the above page is a large file and might take a while to load on slower connections. As for sound, my sympathies to most PC users without upgraded external speakers. Pics look best and video sounds best on a Mac.]
If you’d like to be a part of history, consider volunteering in the Livingston Office. Drop by 111 West Lewis Street during regular business hours (roughly 9 to 5) and see how you can help.
Everyone is welcome at the office. If you would like to get more info, just drop by. You don’t have to be a member of any particular party, nor do you have to have made up your mind to support Barack Obama to visit the office. That is the spirit of Senator Obama’s campaign.
